So that's my current obsession. Right there^ Free skins again, yays! It's prompted me to actually update this after nearly a year. As for life, life's quite good. I've had a bit of a rollercoaster year but it's on the up at the moment. Fingers crossed it will stay that way. As for art, I'm finally settling on a medium (for a bit at least). Pencil and watercolour is where it's at. I was drawing n pencils then colouring with a watercolour wash. Then I bought myself a box of twelve Derwent Inktense pencils. I love them. I do have access to a scanner at the moment for when I finally get round to uploading. However I have to confront my galler

No! This cannot be. Suddenly, I'm busy. I never thought I'd see the day. At the weekend, I thought 'hang it!' I threw aside my maths textbook (gently, don't worry) and pulled out my pastels. It's sad that I have no time for creative pursuits when I have nothing else I should be doing. I have taken the next big step in my life and gone to university. I've never moved house before and have always lived with my parents so a new city is a big thing. Suddenly, I have 15-20 hours at uni a week and a pile of coursework and exercises. Paintig...woot! Although my mother would rather that she got to use the turps. I think that while making furniture polish is important, art is much more fun. One small problem that I've been having is that I no loger have acess to a scanner. I used to use the one at school. I don't have one at home or know anyne with one. Waaa! I'm still painting though. I was doing a few jigsaws with my mother and was inspired by the pictures to get out my old oil paints. Currently, I'm working on a fairy but I've discovered that I have no red, pink or purple paint so my palette is ever so slightly limited. That's all for now. 'Till next time.
